Affiliate Marketing Tips

Question: What is the best site for creating a website to use for affiliate marketing?

I've read a little about sitesell (site build it!) and yahoo site builder...I don't know what I'm doing so I need one that's very user friendly...anyone want to share their experiences (good or bad)?? Thank you
